STANMORE'S NEWEST BUGGY WORKOUT

CARDIO, STRENTH TRAINING AND CORE
EXERCISES USING THE BABY BUGGY

A fun and dynamic fitness class designed for new mums and their babies.

At Mama Bump we combine cardio, strength training, and core exercises using the baby buggy.

Helping mums get back into shape post-pregnancy.

Socialise with other mums in a supportive environment.

Promotes mental well-being and reduces postpartum stress.

What to Bring:

• A baby buggy suitable for light jogging.

• Comfortable workout clothes and supportive footwear.

• A water bottle and a towel.

• Baby essentials (nappies, snacks, etc.)

Class Structure:

• Warm-up session to get those muscles ready and heart rate up.

• Cardio exercises using the buggy (e.g., power walking, jogging).

• Strength training focusing on arms, legs, and core.

• Cool-down and stretching to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
