James has also designed a great nutritional plan for me, and really enjoy my exercise programme with him on a weekly basis.

James designed a specific programme for me which is diverse including medicine ball training, kettle bell workouts, cardio and free weights which always keeps my workouts fresh and enjoyable. Results have been fast and noticeable within the first 3 weeks.
